It all begins with inspiration. This is followed by a long path of challenge and experience. At the end, perfection is achieved in the Sushibar Hasu in Bruchsal.
The path is the destination. We took this path with our first sushi restaurant in order to achieve a new goal with Hasu in Bruchsal: the perfection of Japanese culinary art. We implement this perfection in the kitchen, service and traditional, authentic ambience with the five elements of water, earth, wind, fire and emptiness or calm.
